Villas Master

Villas Master Homeowners’ Association

BellaVita Homeowners’ Association is the managing corporation for the BellaVita subdivision. However, BellaVita is also a part of a master association that was formed to oversee three subdivisions in Pearland, BellaVita at Green Tee, Villa Verde, and Villa D’Este. These communities have a combined 983 homes. The Covenants and Restrictions of the master association tie the three subdivisions into the Villas Master Association (VMA) with many common deed restrictions and financial responsibilities. Certain services are also common or jointly managed by the VMA HOA and each of the three subdivisions contributes funds into the VMA for these services and management.

The two subdivisions other than BellaVita do not have a corporate HOA and are managed via the VMA Corporation. The VMA HOA has 8 board members with 4 of them provided by BellaVita HOA and 2 each from the other two subdivisions. The VMA develops a separate budget each year and assesses the three subdivisions.
