Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is a standing committee of the Bellavita at Green Tee Homeowners' Association as stated in its governing documents. As such, the committee offers the following as its Mission Statement to support the Board of Directors in performance of this responsibility:
Mission Statement
- To advise and assist the Board of Directors of BellaVita in exercising Fiscal Responsibility concerning Homeowner's Funds.
- To submit a yearly operating and capital budget for the Board's consideration and adoption in accordance with the HOA By-laws.
- Provide reviews of the Reserve Study and budgetary capital improvements as outlined in the Reserve Study.
- Analysis of each monthly financial statement to determine the state of cash funds with respect to both upcoming purchases and budget expectations. Questions regarding same should be presented to the Treasurer and/or Board.
- Assist in Annual Audit.
- Perform such other duties as may be requested by the Board of Directors in furtherance of the financial reports and fiscal responsibility of the Homeowner's funds.
